As Malcolm Gladwell mentions in his book, Outliers, there is a “10,000-Hour Rule”, that claims the key to success in any field is, to a large extent, a matter of practicing a specific task for a total of around 10,000 hours. If you think about it, it kind of makes sense – the more hours of practice, the better you get at it.
I’ve been moisturizing on a daily basis, for the past 20 odd years. When I was a child, I have memories of my grandmother helping me put on moisturizer on my legs and arms as I stick them out for her. As I got older, I started applying cream myself from head to toe. If I were ever to go on Survivor, I think my luxury item would be body moisturizer – this is how much I can’t live without it.
I was having a chat with my friend the other day, when we came to the agreement that after all this time, I’ve essentially become a moisturizing expert! This is a blog to share my moisturizing experiences
